Citizen Science programme – presentation on results from 2025/26 monitoring

Monday 13th July, 12.30pm upstairs in Wilfs Cafe Staveley Millyard

Thanks to the dedication of our incredible volunteers, who collected and analysed water samples in all weathers, we've gathered a wealth of valuable data about the health of our local rivers.

Come along to hear:

  • The results of the Surfers Against Sewage (SAS) Water Quality Monitoring Project

  • How the latest data compares with our earlier community water quality monitoring

  • An update on the outcomes of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Microbial Source Tracking (MST) DNA analysis

  • What these findings mean for our rivers and our community

  • Our plans for the future of citizen science monitoring

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions during an open Q&A session.

Let us know if you will be coming along email: cleanriverkentcampaign@gmail.com
