Beckmickle Ing River Study Supports National Pollution Database

A local CRKC team has recently completed the final session of a 12-month river sampling programme at Beckmickle Ing. The work formed part of a nationwide initiative led by Surfers Against Sewage, helping to collect pollution data for a national database monitoring river health across the country.

Another CRKC team also carried out a similar sampling programme near Kendal, contributing further valuable local data to the project.
